Intigate Technologies is hiring a Business Development Executive in Noida to drive growth by generating leads, acquiring new clients, and building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and job portals
- Develop and execute sales strategies for IT services
- Conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person) to understand requirements
- Present company services like software development, web & mobile app development
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups
- Convert leads into business opportunities and long-term clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and update sales pipeline and CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
- Travel for client meetings and business development activities
Required Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and IT sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle the complete sales cycle independently
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Good understanding of IT services and solutions
- Comfortable with field work and client meetings
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech / BCA / IT-related background
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales
- Immediate joiners preferred
