Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Ensure client satisfaction through after-sales support
- Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
- Follow up with clients from order placement to payment collection
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Collect and analyze client feedback for service improvement
- Maintain client records, reports, and communication history
- Ensure client retention and repeat business
