KFH Takaful is a Closed Joint-Stock Insurance Company established in 2007. The work in KFH Takaful revolves around providing comprehensive, innovative and law-compliant insurance services by examining customer needs and working to provide the best services through multiple distribution channels that serve customers on a large scale.

Business Needs

  • The Client wanted a platform for Kuwaiti people who would buy policies individually or in a group.
  • The Client wanted to show case its policies, services & offers on their site so that user would choose the policy type and purchase via online payment gateway.
  • Also, agent panel was required to request users to buy policies through them.

Business Solution

  • Intigate successfully developed web and mobile application for users to purchase policies individually or with family for any of the five different categories (Travel, Home, Marine Hull, Domestic, and Car) by paying online via KNet & Visa payment gateway.
  • An Agent panel was built through which users can purchase policies and pay directly to agent instead of paying online and they can receive certificates from agent.
  • For creating & managing agents and handling users’ activities Intigate developed an Admin account. Admin creates services, offers, other pages content like Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy etc.
